Lifestyle and Nutrition Consultation

Following the completion of our Lifestyle Consultation Form, an in-depth consultation with our Wellness Lifestyle Coach will assess your current wellness status by referring to the 4 cornerstones of good health: nutrition, fitness, spa and wellbeing.

This will be reviewed along with the results of your body statistics - waist to height ratio (WHR), full body composition and metabolism analysis.

This information ensures a personalization of treatments, fitness activities and nutritional recommendations that serves your specific constitution during your stay, and that can be integrated into your lifestyle once returning home.

Nutritional Consultation

Nutritional Consultation

During your nutritional consultation, the lifestyle coach will assess your eating habits, patterns, portions and current diet. A Body Composition will also be taken.

By reviewing the findings along with the results of your body statistics — waist-to-height ratio (WHR), full body composition and metabolism analysis — some guidance about your portions, meal timings as well as a focus on more specific nutrients will be explained and prepared in a report.

This consultation is designed to educate and guide you in order to make better choices in the long term.

Fitness Consultation

Fitness Consultation

Your fitness assessment will comprise of a discussion of your goals, current fitness activity and a blood pressure check followed by an evaluation of your muscular strength, flexibility and aerobic fitness.

Having pinpointed the areas that need extra attention, personal training sessions will then help kick-start your potential.

We highly recommend this evaluation commences with a Body Composition and Metabolism Analysis or a Wellness Lifestyle Consultation to give a more complete overview of your fitness and wellbeing status.

Sleep Enhancement Consultation

Sleep Enhancement Consultation

Do you struggle to get to sleep or feel wakeful and restless during the night?

This session works with you to look at patterns, lifestyle and diet to assess which factors might be affecting the quality of your sleep. Tools and guidelines for realistic changes are provided to help you establish healthy routines; practical advice ensures you sustain better sleep once you return home.
